Core Values


There are a lot of companies out there, but not enough are committed to doing things the “right way” – ethically, honestly, and pursuant to the values that make us who we are – both as a company and as employees of the company. Well, fortunately for all of us, West Tree Service is not one of those companies. For any company to survive, much less thrive, that company must EARN the trust of its employees, its customers, and the public. Trust is earned, not given, and it is something that guides our performance. We will do the right thing BECAUSE it is the right thing – whether someone is looking or not looking. We will do the right thing not because we may get caught if we do not, but because that is who we are, this is who we want to be. When we go home to our families and friends, we go home safe and with pride and respect. We will not take shortcuts and we will not cheat ourselves, our coworkers, our customers, or the public.
